We all meet at 11am at the Bayonne train station and off we go for the adventure!
We head straight for the ocean to have lunch together with the gentle sound of the waves in the background. In the afternoon, conditions permitting, we put on our wetsuits and head for the water for a first surf session 🏄 .
After this first day in the thick of things, we will go and settle in our spot for the night with MagicBus. Meal on the terrace, by the light of the garlands, you will have already disconnected!
Breakfast on board MagicBus with conditions review to plan our next two surf sessions. Surfing, yoga, chill out, sunbathing, games, exploring the local areas… these days planning will be determined according to the conditions.
On this last day, we will not miss the traditional Sunday brunch, which will delight your taste buds! Then we’ll head for our last spot of the weekend to enjoy the last few hours of the ocean.
Return to Bayonne train station at 5pm.
You must have a valid vaccination pass (vaccinated and booster doses up to date) in order to board the MagicBus. On arrival, we will also ask you to sign a paper stating that you have not had any symptoms or been in contact with anyone positive for Covid in the last 7 days before boarding.
We have put in place all the necessary security measures to maintain a safe environment for everyone. The bus will be fully cleaned between each stay to government recommended hygiene standards so that you can enjoy the experience safely.
As the distance is more complicated to manage in our case, we nevertheless arranged the beds head to toe, posted the sanitary requirements on board, provided hydro-alcoholic gel at the entrance and inside the accommodation. The bus is also well ventilated and all sheets, dishes and household linen will be washed between each stay.
In these uncertain times, if you are forced to cancel your stay for reasons related to the COVID 19 outbreak (because you are a contact case or have tested covid positive), you will receive a credit note for the amount of the booking, to be used within 24 months of the original booking date. If we are forced to cancel our trips, you will be refunded without penalty.
We make our organization as flexible as possible in terms of cancellations. We realize that it’s hard to accept that we can’t leave and that it’s even worse when you can’t get your registration fee back.
That’s why we encourage everyone to take out cancellation insurance at registration. It’s not expensive, and you can save a lot of money. This cancellation insurance often comes with the travel insurance (for accidents during the stay) and is insured by Chapka Assurance.
You can’t come anymore, but have you found someone who’d like to go in your place? Great! It’s possible to get a replacement without cancellation insurance.
You must mention your replacement at least 7 working days before departure. You can call us or send us an e-mail via firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will ask you to provide us with the contact information of your replacement. Then you will only have to work out the financial aspect with him/her: it is up to you to organize the reimbursement of the stay with the person who replaces you.
Can’t find a replacement? Depending on the time of your cancellation, we may refund a portion of your payment. For the rest, if you have taken out cancellation insurance, ask your insurance company about the conditions of reimbursement.

Your ticket does not includes transportation to the bus departure location, nor transportation home from MagicBus drop off location. So you have to manage these transportations on your own, as long as you are at the departure point on time. But no worries, it is easy to find multi-destination flights (for example on skyscanner).
